I worked for Solid Rock music and dance zone Al Barsha 1 from 18 August 2011 to 18 August 2017 (6 years). I was under unlimited contract when I started with them in 2011. however, my contract status was changed from unlimited contract to limited contract and my gratuity was paid for the first two years. before the end of my contract last year, I gave a month notice following due process. at the end of my contract, my former boss said I'm not entitled to any settlement (gratuity, air ticket and one month leave salary). can UAE labour law be unjust up to this extent? if not, am I entitled to any benefit after working for 4 years under limited contract? because my former boss claimed that they own me nothing.
