Sir, I have resigned on 31st may 2019. But my employer rejected same on 6th may & said that company given me training so they rejected & asking me to continue. But I have not signed any bond for same. So I discussed with HR they said that they will not clear my Full n Final also after completion of my notice period also. So I mailed them that I can’t go on work from tomorrow onwards cause they rejected resignation/notice period. N don’t want to clear FNF also. As per offer letter 2 months notice period also I am ready to serve or pay basic salary also. Any dues pending or company assets whom I have to handover written everything in mail but that are not accepting. So kindly suggest me. Cause from other company I got offer letter n they want acceptance from my current company. Please advise. Now current company asking me verbally to go on work n they will realease me. But in written they are not accepting resignation.
