I am degree holder of BPO (Bachlor in prosthetic and orthotics).I am working in Kiwanis ALC at qutub institutional area new delhi. Company said that you work in probation period for one year after that we will permanent you. Now my one year complete I tell him for permanent they told me we are not satisfy by your work we are not permanent you.you work as probabtion period like or will leave if they are not satisfy by my work then give an notice to me. They dont given me any notice in whole year.And when i tell him permanent They told me all this Now what can i do please advice me its matter to survive me and my family thankyou
